What is the tallest terrestrial animal?

Explanation

The giraffe is the tallest land animal. An adult male giraffe measures 4.7 to 5.3 metres and weigh between 800 and 1.900 kg. Giraffes live in the African savannah in groups of up to 50 giraffes. The giraffe is a ruminant and eats leaves from acacia trees, which it can reach with its long neck.
