Which year did Justin Bieber have his worst birthday ever?

Explanation

On 1st of March 2013 Justin Bieber tweeted that he had the worst birthday ever. It was due to the fact that he had invited friends to come to his birthday at the London nightclub "Cirque du Soir Club". He had spend 8000 British pounds on the party. He just forgot one simple detail. You had to be 18 years old to enter the club and of course many of his friends could not join the party.
