Who is Madonna singing about in the song "Super Pop" when she sings "If I was a painter I'd be.."?

Explanation

Madonnas song "Super Pop" was originally recorded as the 13th track for her "Confessions On A Dance Floor" album, but it was kept off and is available for download only to members of her official fan club. Some folks are saying that's because only Madonna's fans would forgive her for the less-than-humble lyrics. The song contents lyric lines such as: "If I was a car, I'd be an Aston Martin.", "If I was a star, I would be who I am today" and "If I was a painter I'd be Frida Kahlo".
