Swiss cyclist Fabian Cancellera (born 1981) is a time trial and cobbled classics specialist. Amongs his wins are the World Cup in individual time trials in 2006, 2007 and 2009. He also won Olympic gold in the discipline in 2009. He has won Paris-Roubaix (2006, 2010), Ronde van Vlaanderen (2010), Tirreno-Adriatico (2008), Milano-San Remo (2008) and several othere races. Cancellara has competed for Mapei-Quick Step, Fassa Bortolo, Team Saxo Bank and Team Leopard-Trek and his nickname is Spartacus.
