Explanation

Magica De Spell is a wicked sorceress who lives on the slopes of Mount Vesuvius. She uses spells and her magic wand to get to Scrooge McDuck's Number One Dime. She wants to melt it down and use it to create a magical amulet, able to give her all the riches of the world. Magica's helper is a black raven called Rasputin. The character was created by the Walt Disney illustrator Carl Barks in 1952.
